  • This product should not be used as an ingredient during cooking, as heat may affect the balance of sweet and sour causing a bitter taste. It can, and should, be used after cooking. Perfect for finishing stews, risottos, scallops, grilled meats and fish. It is, also extraordinary over fresh cut berries, melon, aged cheeses and vanilla ice cream.
